Mind Body Self Defense is a unique blend of martial arts and holistic self awareness techniques. Taught by experienced professionals, this important set of tools will prepare you for a variety of life situations ranging from interpersonal communication to physical confrontation. Most importantly, you will learn ways to find centered self-awareness in times of fear and tension.

Mind Body Self Defense will also teach you a set of awareness, assertiveness, and verbal de-escalation skills with safety strategies and physical techniques that will enable you to successfully escape, resist, and survive violent attacks.
